If you are a fan of Modern Farmhouse Cuisine - food that is fresh, local and seasonal and prepared with a nod toward modern influences – then St. Croix Chocolate Company’s  next guest chef needs no introduction.

In 2015, Chef Wyatt Evans opened Heirloom restaurant in St. Paul to rave reviews from critics and diners alike.  The kitchen soon developed a reputation for its mix-and-match  innovation.  Evans, already well respected from his six-year stint as executive chef at W.A. Frost, led diners to a delicious sense of place and season.

While you can no longer dine at Heirloom (sadly, it closed this past summer), we’re exceptionally fortunate to have Chef Evans come cook for us for one evening only on Thursday, October 25th. We don’t know what the full menu will look like just yet, but we guarantee it will be special!

We offer two seatings, one at 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM. Seating is limited to 20 diners per seating and each diner must purchase a ticket in advance. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same date. This is a FIXED menu, but with advance notice we can try to accommodate dietary requests.

Wine and beer will be available at an additional charge. Gratuity is not included in dinner price.
