On Wednesday, November 15th, we welcome Chef Nettie Colón to our kitchen! 

Born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, Annette "Nettie" Colón spent her formative years learning traditional cooking methods of the island with her Grandmother and her friends. Nettie was the Chef de Cuisine for over a decade at Lucia’s Restaurant & Wine Bar with Lucia Watson in Uptown, Minneapolis. For 9 years Nettie also taught Mayan cuisine classes in the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka'an in Tulum, Yucatan Peninsula. 

She currently runs creative pop-up events through her company Red Hen Gastrolab. She is also one of the Mill City Farmers Market Chefs in the summer and at the Campus Club at the University of Minnesota.

We offer two seatings, one at 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM. Seating is limited to 20 diners per seating and each diner must purchase a ticket in advance. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same date. With advance notice we can try to accommodate dietary requests (e-mail deidre@stcroixchocolateco.com).

Wine and beer will be available at an additional charge. Gratuity is not included in dinner price.
